My position at Express
I am a Senior Account Manager for Express. This involves dealing with people from all over the world daily. I aid in the buying and the selling of components to make sure that any customer gets the product they need when they need it. I try to make sure I work as tight as possible with the customer. I personally check all stock before it is shipped to make sure it is what the customer requires.
About Me
I have two names. My real name is Richard and my work name is Stan. I tell people its because of my “international man of mystery” lifestyle but the truth is....there was another Richard and I kept getting his calls.
I used to play for the Express soccer / football team but recently retired when I realized Sunday afternoons are for watching football not playing it.
I have noticed that every picture ever taken of me involves me holding an drink of some type. I had to put my hands in my pockets for the website pictures so I wasn't tempted to still be holding another one!
My Favorite movie - Anything that doesn't involve a “cheesy love song” at the end!
My Favorite Music - During the week, Motown and at weekend, anything I can dance too.
My life's motto - “Get up and make a difference to the world today”
My greatest regret - Not doing more things that scare me!
The Company
Express is one of those companies that you love to work for. We have a great team here and we often spend time together outside work. My love for this job comes from being able to work with my colleagues, and the love I have for this industry.
